Christine Soares, AVATAR’s lead help desk agent at the Natick Army Labs, recently completed Introduction to Wireless LAN Technologies. This course is one of many in Christine’s ongoing push to obtain her Associates Degree in Information Technology and Networking. The final presentation required her to create a wireless network in a call center environment. The call center was set up with cement walls and cubicles along with other obstacles that would affect the wireless signal. Christine received a 100/100 on her presentation. “I enjoyed the class and it really helped me understand a wireless environment” said Christine when interviewed.
